A mix of traditional and digital media explored in Stringer art exhibit
Paintings in a highly-rendered digital style by Chicago-area artist Randal Stringer are being exhibited in “Pause,” a solo show in the Elmhurst Artists’ Guild gallery at the Elmhurst Art Museum, 150 S. Cottage Hill Ave., Elmhurst, from May 14 through June 23. The opening reception in the gallery from 7 to 9 pm on Friday, May 19, is free, and the public is invited.
The exhibition can be viewed during regular Museum hours, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday from 11 am to 5 pm and Friday from 11 am to 7 pm. The first Friday of each month is the Museum’s free admission day. At other times, admission for adults is $8 and for seniors $7.
