A standing-room-only crowd of some 150 businesspeople, elected officials and guests attend the Elmhurst Chamber of Commerce and Industry’s Annual “State of Our City” Mayoral Address Membership Breakfast hosted in Community Bank of Elmhurst‘s second-floor Hammersmith Community Room on January 18.
