The Chamber (113 Adell Place) will host the monthly Membership Breakfast on Thursday, September 19, from 8:00 to 9:00 a.m. to start an all-day Open House as a celebration kickoff for Chamber of Commerce Week (September 22-28).

The Elmhurst Children’s Assistance Foundation (P.O. Box 752) received a $500.00 donation from the City of Elmhurst’s Department of Public Works, which had the “Most Patriotic Float” in the city’s Fourth of July Parade sponsored by the Elmhurst Jaycees (P.O. Box 235).
The Morton Arboretum (4100 Illinois Route 53, Lisle) will team with the Ukrainian Public Garden to advance international research on grassland restoration as the 2002-03 recipient of the American Association of Museums’ International Partnerships Among Museums Award.
