A recently-elected Nominating Committee slate of four candidates officially began three-year terms as members of the Elmhurst Chamber of Commerce & Industry Board of Directors at the Board’s November 8 meeting at Community Bank of Elmhurst (330 West Butterfield Road).
Previously elected to Director terms that will expire in November of 2025 are:
Colin Dalough, Manager, Community and Governmental Relation at Edward-Elmhurst Health (155 East Brush Hill Road);
Ron Jaderholm, Chief Executive Officer at Dependable Printing Services (Glen Ellyn);
Ben Neiburger, Founder of Generation Law (747 North Church Road, Suite B4); and
Kristin Walker, Vice President, Relation Management at Hinsdale Bank and Trust.
“Our Chamber is blessed to have well qualified individuals willing to serve on the Board of Directors, including one of whom is continuing with his term of service,” said John R. Quigley, Chamber President and CEO since 1999.
Dalough, a two-year member of the Governmental Affairs Committee, was appointed in 2021 to fill a Board seat expiring in 2022.
Dalough, Jaderholm and Neiburger were installed as first-term elected Directors by outgoing Board Chair Eva Sanchez of See Your House Right Here @properties Elmhurst, while Walker will be installed at the Board’s December 13 meeting.
The newly-elected Directors were slated by a five-person Nominating Committee of non-Board members. This year’s slate ran uncontested, with no Chamber member filing the required petition to run for election.
The Board is comprised of 15 elected Directors serving three-year terms, plus three Ex-Officio Directors and an annually-appointed Treasurer. Elected Directors are limited to serving two consecutive terms, not counting years as an appointee filling a vacancy or as a post-term Past Chairperson.
