Except for 28 days prior to an election, Elmhurst residents may register to vote at any time at the City Clerk’s Office, Elmhurst City Hall, 209 North York Street, on Monday through Friday between 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.

As Elmhurst’s Community Theatre, GreenMan Theatre Troupe (founded 2003) provides diverse, quality theatrical entertainment for its audience, opportunities for personal growth in theatrical arts for its members, and a source of cultural enrichment and pride for our community.
Hotel/motel tax revenue generates funding for the City’s Explore Elmhurst initiatives such as the summer Express trolley campaign and Community Grant Program, which provides financial support to the museums, parades and special events.
