COMMUNITY BANK OF ELMHURST ANNOUNCES PROMOTIONS

On July 19, William C. Gooch, Jr., Chairman of the Board at Community Bank of Elmhurst, and Richard W. Reichert, President and Chief Executive Officer, jointly announced three promotions within the Bank’s management structure.  Community Bank of Elmhurst has two locations in Elmhurst at 330 West Butterfield Road and 133 North York Street.  The Bank will celebrate twenty years in business in 2013.

David Gaul, Senior Vice President of Commercial Lending, and a fifteen year Bank employee, will assume the new position of Executive Vice President reporting directly to President Reichert.  Gaul, a resident of Wheaton and a graduate of Elmhurst College, will have increasing duties with administrative and regulatory tasks into the future.

Mark Martinello, Assistant Vice President, will become Vice President while continuing to work in the Bank’s consumer lending area.  Martinello is also a fifteen year employee of the Bank.  John Seifried, Loan Officer, will advance to Assistant Vice President and will oversee loan operations and function as a lender.  Seifried has been with the Bank for thirteen years and also is an Elmhurst College graduate.

“The Community Bank of Elmhurst has always prided itself on very low turnover with staff and also for promoting from within”, stated Gooch.  “We strongly believe in our people and these promotions certainly reflect that and our overall confidence in their abilities.”

Established in 1993, the Mission of Community Bank of Elmhurst is to provide superior personalized banking services, valuing its customers and community first.
