Advanced Rehabilitation Clinics (ARC) Physical Therapy, with an Elmhurst office at 533 West North Avenue, Suite 202, among its six Chicagoland locations, is celebrating its15th Anniversary in February by granting one wish for outpatient treatment a monmth for 12 months.
Entrants must submit a short story (one to two paragraphs) explaining their need of outpatient physical therapy and their concerns and challenges with receiving treatment.
