START WORK ON SPRING 2003 COMMUNITY DIRECTORY
ELMHURST, Ill, January 27, 2003 – The Elmhurst Chamber of Commerce & Industry has contracted with the Elmhurst Press to publish the Spring 2003 edition of its annual Elmhurst Community Directory. A total of 20,000 Directories will be distributed by April to households (16,000 door-to-door), businesses (2,000) and visitors/tourists.
“Our Directory is a year-round reference guide that provides vital information about all aspects of the Elmhurst Community and markets the Chamber’s membership in an cost-effective way,” said Chamber President John Quigley.
Featured categories for community information are Arts and Culture; Economic Development and Business Associations; Education and Schools; Emergency Services; Governmental: Federal, State, County, Township and City; Health Care and Hospitals; History of Elmhurst; Library Services; Parks and Recreation; Postal Services and Voter Information; Statistics; Tourism; Transportation and Utilities; and Social Services.
Chamber members receive two free Directory listings (alphabetically and by category/subcategory) and a 50-percent discount on advertising in the Directory.
