34th Annual New Teachers Luncheon
Some 60 teachers and administrators, and more than 20 member businesses participated in the Elmhurst Chamber of Commerce and Industry’s 34th Annual New Teachers Luncheon catered by Ella’s Italian Pub at York Community High School on August 6, as part of Elmhurst Community Unit School District 205’s New Educator Academy.

New teachers are treated to a luncheon buffet compliments of Ella’s Italian Pub in downtown Elmhurst.

In addition to catering lunch, Ella’s Italian Pub gifted teachers with individual pizza boxes with coupons redeemable for a free pizza.

Elmhurst-Opoly board games were given as welcome gifts for the farthest relocation to three teachers who moved here from Spain.

Teachers enjoyed no shortage in takeaway swag, including an Explore Elmhurst tote filled with goodies donated by ECCI members, a Fruitful Yield tote and a Beyond Shades mug.
