Membership Dues/Fees Schedule

In applying for membership in the Elmhurst Chamber of Commerce & Industry, the applicant agrees to pay the first-year dues (see charts below) of $ __________ and $25 registration fee, then follow the suggested formulas for annual dues continuing thereafter until membership is cancelled by written resignation while in good standing.
